In 2014 there will be a very special event held at one of our first Peace Parks, the Garden Club of the Upper Keys. We will be celebrating our 7th birthday! There will be events (see poster, below) including a drum circle led by Cheri Shanti (Wild & Wise – Passion – Purpose – Possibility), to which you can bring your own percussion instruments and a World Peace Meditation by our past President, Dr. David Coppola—at 4:30 he will lead participants in a 15-minute meditation on “World Peace through Inner Peace.” Dr. Coppola’s website is drdavidcoppola.com.
Below you’ll find first an article written by one of Keys to Peace’s founders, Mimi Greek, and published in the Free Press, followed by the ad that will be seen in the September 17th edition.
